Job Description

Job Description IT Asset Coordinator This role supports our client's remote fleet management for a large U.S. enterprise environment with ~35,000 devices. The focus is on asset accuracy, SLA performance, operational oversight, and continuous improvement—not ticket-based support. The analyst ensures devices are properly titled and accounted for, researches asset discrepancies, manages supplies, and holds vendors accountable to contractual SLAs. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes using existing tools. Asset & Device Management Verify and maintain accurate device records, including device titling and lifecycle status. Research asset discrepancies (e.g., determining whether devices were added, updated, or missed). Support IMAC-related asset updates and documentation across systems, including ServiceNow. Supplies & Order Management Order, track, and reconcile device-related supplies. Monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records. SLA & Vendor Performance Management Monitor HP's performance against SLA metrics and contractual commitments. Identify risks, gaps, and trends that could impact SLA compliance. Proactively escalate issues and recommend corrective actions to keep services on track. Process Improvement & Efficiency Identify opportunities to better leverage existing tools and data. Drive efficiencies through process improvements and workflow optimization. Simplify manual or fragmented processes into repeatable, scalable solutions. Collaboration & Support Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to support service delivery. Provide clear operational updates and insights as needed. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
