ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Kronos WFC Time & Attendance Analyst for a consulting opportunity with one of our regional Health System clients (7+ hospitals, 10,000+ employees). This individual will be working remotely, joining a team to provide specialized legacy product support for Kronos WFC, as part of a broader migration to Workday. Please note, we are seeking individuals who have specialized knowledge of, and hands-on experience with Kronos WFC Time & Attendance, working within a health system or related healthcare industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the legacy on-premise Kronos (Workforce Central) platform, as it is being sunset over the next 6 months Providing daily operational maintenance and support for Kronos WFC Time & Attendance Jumping in to troubleshoot issues for bi-weekly timecard processing Continuing the operations of configuring and calculating complex payroll rules for Nurses and Physicians, based on diverse earnings codes. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Kronos Pay Rules, Work Rule Multipliers, Overtime Rules, and Shift Differentials
- preferably leveraging past experiences in the Healthcare industry.
Configuring and managing genies and hyperfind queries to provider HR Leaders with real-time snapshots of employee information, such as timecards, schedules, and attendance. Serving as a product specialist for Kronos WFC, helping to optimize the system leading up to a Workday implementation Investigating and troubleshooting day to day operational issues with the system configurations Fielding and working through incident tickets in ServiceNow Proactively communicating with business stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support to the broader organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required 5+ years experience Healthcare Industry Background Required (Hospitals / Health Systems) Must have prior Analyst-level experience with Kronos WFC , Dimensions or UKGPro Strong professional focus in supporting Time / Attendance / Workforce Management Experience in managing ERP tickets in
