Job Description

We are seeking a NetSuite Support Specialist to support and strengthen business operations across AltimateMedical and its family of brands. This role ensures effective use of NetSuite and related applications while serving as a key connection between users and systems. This is a hybrid-role requiring the ability to commute to the Morton/Redwood Falls location twice per month. The position reports to the Director of Technology and provides day-to-day support, promotes data integrity, and helps improve workflows across manufacturing, inventory, and cross-functional teams. Over time, the role will grow into deeper involvement with system optimization, training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. NetSuite & Business Application Support Serve as a primary point of contact for questions and issues related to NetSuite and related business applications Manage support requests from intake through resolution, including clarification, coordination, follow-up, and closure Troubleshoot issues by understanding underlying business processes, not just system behavior Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed to resolve issues Ensure clear communication, documentation, and timely follow-through Business Process & ERP Operations Support Business process understanding, and fitting NetSuite functionality, where possible, to business process, make alternative recommendations, or educate relative to the ticket request Support end-to-end ERP workflows across inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, and order-to-cash processes Understand how upstream and downstream processes interact across the ERP environment Help identify breakdowns between system configuration and real-world operational use Serve as a knowledgeable, approachable resource for users navigating ERP-driven processes Process improvement through incoming simple to medium complexity customization requests Data Quality, Documentation & Standardization Monitor trends in issues and requests to identify data quality or process consistency concerns Perform basic data validation as part of issue investigation and resolution Create, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and reference documentation related to system usage Recommend opportunities for standardization of data, workflows, and system usage Support training communications and reinforcement of best practices Ensuring use of the NetSuite system as designed/intended from a governance perspective Onboarding, Enablement & Implementation Support Assist with onboarding of new employees by supporting system access, training coordination, and process orientation Support system enablement for new business units, acquisitions, or operational changes as directed Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders during implementation activities to support adoption and readiness Help reinforce consistent system usage and adherence to standard processes during periods of change Other duties as assigned to support IT operations and business needs at Altimate Medical Experience working in or with an ERP environment 2+ years (NetSuite or similar) Able to do basic workflow optimization in SuiteFlow, Able to exercise judgment to provide guidance within a defined NetSuite framework and guidelines Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of service and accountability High attention to detail and a natural inclination toward follow-through and closure Ability to learn systems, processes, and data structures quickly Ability to travel as required for training, onboarding, or operational support Full-time, hybrid role (on-site and remote) Travel expected approximately 15-20% Standard business hours, with flexibility based on business needs Preferred Exposure to NetSuite as a user or power user preferred with Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven environments Familiarity with business application ecosystems (e.g., reporting, document management, workflow tools) Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, training materials, or process documentation Familiarity with project or work management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms) Who will be Successful in this Role Engaging, approachable, and service-oriented Detail-driven and motivated by follow-through Comfortable working within structured processes Interested in growing ERP and business systems expertise Focused on operational excellence and consistency Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds We offer a competitive base annual salary range of $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
