In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert driving systemic issue resolution, functional configuration, and continuous application enhancement for critical enterprise operations.

Perform system configurations, root cause analyses, and application remediation.

Partner with cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders to optimize system reliability and performance.

Mentor team members and contribute to ongoing operational documentation and best practices.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BS) or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in functional configuration and support of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (ICM). 10+ years of functional ERP configuration and application engineering support experience. Demonstrated strength in complex IT troubleshooting and system incident resolution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Oracle Database Security. Background supporting applications within the Financial Services sector. Superior stakeholder communication and client-facing collaboration capabilities.
