Lead technical delivery while remaining a hands-on builder and reviewer. What you'll do:

• Build and review code; translate agreed priorities into owned, testable work.
• Guide architecture, quality, security and release decisions with evidence.
• Develop engineers and make capacity tradeoffs explicit.
• Earn decision authority through demonstrated delivery and reliable handovers.

Skills we're looking for: Strong hands-on software delivery, architecture/review judgment, debugging, communication and experience developing engineers; project coordination alone is insufficient.
