Provisioning Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Provisioning Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

Support new product launch requests and provide analysis on provisioning impact Write and execute test plans and analyze results for new product launch requests Report bugs and work with development team on resolution Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Required Skills:

3+ years of relevant professional experience Excellent communication and time management Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment Detailed oriented and thorough Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat) SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
