Provisioning Technician Intern

Location:

Ann Arbor, Michigan. Must commit to working onsite at our Ann Arbor office.

Internship Responsibilities:

Receive, unbox, and inspect new IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) Configure and image devices according to established guidelines Install and configure necessary software applications Prepare and ship equipment to new hires or other departments Update asset tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information Maintain a clean and organized work environment Document all procedures and activities accurately Comply with all company policies and procedures Key Skills for

Success:

We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of computer hardware/software, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Internship Requirements:
