May work for a company software configuration management team and assist with all aspects of software configuration management, including software product and application reviews and analysis of system requirements. May work with software users to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration problems.

Job Description
- Attend meetings with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Capture and document business requirements, feature enhancements, workflows, and system functionality
- Review and update existing Salesforce documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify outdated, missing, or inconsistent documentation and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge articles, workflow documentation, and release documentation
- Organize and maintain project documentation repositories within Confluence
- Track documentation efforts and deliverables within Jira
- Partner with technical and business teams to ensure documentation remains aligned with current Salesforce functionality and project goals

- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, requirements, and system functionality
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and subject matter experts
- Experience gathering requirements and translating technical concepts into business-friendly documentation
- Experience leveraging AI tools to create, maintain, organize, and improve documentation, knowledge articles, and business process documentation
- Experience creating: o Business process documentation o Functional specifications o SOPs o Knowledge base articles o User guides o Training documentation
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation workstreams
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience
- Process mapping experience
- Experience documenting enterprise application modernization efforts
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working in large-scale Agile delivery environments
