Job Description

Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned SAP Controlling (CO) workstreams, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Facilitate fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops, translating business needs into scalable SAP CO solutions, including process flows, configuration, controls, and reporting impacts. Configure and enhance SAP CO capabilities such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), allocations, distributions, assessments, and settlements; support CO-PA and product costing where applicable. Drive cross-functional integration across FI, MM, SD, PP, and reporting teams to ensure process consistency and accurate financial outcomes. Own testing activities for CO scope by defining test strategy, preparing scenarios, supporting business users during execution, and managing defect resolution through sign-off. Support month-end close and production operations by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing improvements to reduce recurring defects. Create and maintain key project deliverables, including functional specifications, configuration documentation, process controls, training materials, and cutover plans. Mentor junior team members and help coordinate work across onsite/offshore resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to obtain Secret clearance required for this role 4+ years of hands-on
SAP FICO
experience, with strong emphasis on SAP CO configuration and support. Proven experience with core SAP CO functionalities such as CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, allocations, assessments, distributions, and settlements. 4+ years of experience working across integrated SAP processes with FI, MM, SD, and PP. 4+ years of experience in requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, defect management, and production support
Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
Hybrid Work Model:
Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
Co-location Expectation:
Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
Travel Requirement:
Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
