Job Summary All IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst to join a client engagement. Responsibilities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Epic reporting, Cogito, Tableau, healthcare analytics, and project management experience Experience working with Laboratory data, PHI, and modern healthcare data platforms will be particularly valuable Independently manage multiple large-scale IT projects or department-level initiatives from inception through completion Lead project planning, resource coordination, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and change management activities Design, develop, maintain, and support Epic reporting solutions healthcare analytics Leverage Epic Cogito related Epic data models to develop meaningful reports and dashboards Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations For business and clinical stakeholders Analyze healthcare and laboratory data while ensuring appropriate handling of PHI and sensitive information Gather and translate business requirements into effective reporting and technology solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, committees, IT leadership, and business teams to drive consensus and successful project outcomes Provide IT performance reports, analytics, metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership Evaluate hardware, software, reporting platforms, and technology agreements as needed Develop proposals, business plans, and recommendations for quality IT solutions Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement Facilitate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder discussions while effectively managing conflicts and competing priorities Contribute to the development and improvement of IT guidelines, methodologies, templates, tools, and processes Ensure effective communication among business proponents, stakeholders, project teams, and IT leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technology or business administration experience Strong experience working in Healthcare technology and analytics Hands-on experience with Strong experience with Strong understanding of healthcare data, reporting processes, and business intelligence Experience working in committee-based and consensus-driven organizations Finance, project management, and organizational processes Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Strong conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects and initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable Healthcare laboratory data Protected Health Information ( Healthcare analytics and reporting platforms Cogito Fundamentals
