The Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists; analyze fundraising and constituent data; support data quality and CRM improvements; and translate business needs into effective database solutions. Working with development officers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review while ensuring plans, opportunities, assignments, and activities remain current in the CRM. In conjunction with Prospect Researchers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will help develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by identifying prospects through database analysis and new prospect sources and facilitating assignment to the appropriate prospect teams.
