Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Techno-Functional Lead for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. In this hybrid role (Tuesday through Thursday onsite in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN), you will play a pivotal part in end-to-end SAP solution delivery, digital transformation, and governance for a complex enterprise environment. Overseeing RICEFW delivery progress and ensuring seamless integration with third-party vendors and internal teams. Driving adherence to DevSecOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and robust SAP security/GRC compliance models. BTP/Integration Suite, and SAP Service Cloud / C4C . Hands-on familiarity with ABAP programming, standard SAP APIs, legacy BAPIs, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft). Experience within the utility or energy sector, particularly with regulatory requirements and data privacy, is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
