Job Summary Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a System Analyst to join their team. This is a contract position focused on supporting enterprise infrastructure technical hygiene initiatives. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Document current-state infrastructure workflows, dependencies, and controls to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operational governance Partner with engineering teams to coordinate patch management, vulnerability remediation, technology currency, and lifecycle management initiatives Lead workshops and working sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build consensus on infrastructure standards Develop comprehensive process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational governance documentation Create executive-ready reporting dashboards, track risks and action items, and support regulatory, audit, and risk activities Improve execution consistency and accountability across multiple infrastructure domains to reduce technology risk Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of experience in technology operations, systems administration, platform engineering, cloud operations, or a related technical discipline 2+ years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, or continuous improvement frameworks Strong conceptual understanding of infrastructure technologies, including Windows/Linux, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), networking, databases, storage, and monitoring tools Foundational knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks Experience developing workflow diagrams, creating process documentation, and performing root cause analysis using data-driven approaches Experience working within large, complex, and highly matrixed technology organizations Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments Experience navigating technology governance, compliance, and change management within a regulated financial services environment Experience supporting vulnerability management, technology currency, or cloud transformation initiatives Hands-on familiarity with

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is up to a maximum bill rate of $43.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
