Type:
full-time This is a direct hire and hybrid role to Lake Forest, Il. We're seeking a Systems Analyst - EDI to support and optimize our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This role will manage EDI integrations, troubleshoot transaction issues, onboard trading partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange across customers, carriers, and internal systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support daily EDI operations and integrations Develop, test, and maintain EDI mappings and transactions Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission and data issues Support onboarding of new customers and trading partners Integrate EDI solutions with SAP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems Collaborate with IT, Logistics, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to improve processes and drive efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3-5 years of EDI experience Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, APIs, AS2, and VAN Experience with SAP and EDI integrations Hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server is required. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred:
Certified EDI Professional or related certifications Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments
