Core Responsibilities:

Support and manage Hyperion Planning & HFM (Financial Management) environments Assist in transitioning work from a 3rd-party vendor (approx. 4-month transition) Oversee vendor performance, set expectations, and manage deliverables Provide production support (including ticketing, SLAs, and environment setup) Contribute to test automation initiatives (review scripts, define tools, implement solutions) Support/reporting systems such as Orbit Reporting ????

Required Experience:

5-6+ years in financial systems, reporting, or EPM tools Hands-on experience with: Hyperion Planning & HFM (required) Reporting tools like Orbit or similar Strong background in system/report design Experience managing or supervising teams or vendors ERP experience (JD Edwards or SAP preferred) Power BI expertise - must clearly demonstrate: Reports/dashboards built Specific business use cases and impact ? OneStream experience Experience setting up production support models (SLAs, ticketing, environments) ??
