Long Term Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 with strong Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation expertise to support large-scale EHR migration and data modernization initiatives. This role requires deep healthcare data experience and hands-on development in Cerner Millennium environments. The ideal candidate will bridge clinical workflows and technical solutions, ensuring accurate data extraction, reporting, and analytics across enterprise healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document clinical workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary care settings Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications Design, develop, test, and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from Cerner Millennium Oracle schemas Support enterprise EHR data migration and legacy system retirement initiatives Develop and maintain structured data feeds, flat-file extracts, and ETL processes Troubleshoot CCL performance and downstream data/reporting issues Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, informatics teams, and technical delivery teams Communicate technical constraints and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders Manage batch jobs and support production & non-production environments Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Cerner Millennium and Cerner Command Language (CCL) Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and data extraction Experience in data migration, ETL, and reporting/analytics solutions Ability to translate business and clinical needs into technical solutions Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Preferred Experience Experience supporting EHR migration or modernization projects Experience with healthcare reporting and analytics platforms Background working with clinical informatics teams
