Systems Analyst Officer

Overview:

TEKsystems is seeking an Experienced Systems Administrator to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise infrastructure systems. This role will focus on server administration, virtualization, and Microsoft-based technologies, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems, including physical and virtual server environments Administer Windows Server environments and core Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange Manage and support virtualization platforms, primarily VMware, including host, storage, and system performance optimization Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively resolve issues Provide production support for infrastructure systems and applications, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact Assist in developing and executing infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational goals Support backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and system restoration activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network, cloud, security, and voice systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, server, and application issues Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure environments Hands-on experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, core Windows stack) Knowledge of server hardware, storage, and backup systems Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred /

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience working in a regulated environment such as banking or financial services Exposure to cloud computing platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments Familiarity with network and security systems within enterprise environments Experience supporting compliance-driven IT environments

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
