Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Role The Fidelity Institutional Intermediary Servicing OSG team, within Fidelity Institutional Product and Business Enablement Technology (FIPBET), is seeking a skillful, upbeat Systems Analyst. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies. The Expertise We're Looking For 3 years of Systems Analysis experience Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology Confidence in SQL skills Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail Financial services experience is a benefit Prior development experience would be plus. Knowledge of Swagger/Rest API would be plus. Skilled in mocking up intuitive, user‑centered interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and workflow diagrams that translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
