Work Location:

Work Hours:
Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do:
Configuration Management:
Lead updates to configuration. Document requirements, update configuration, support testing, and promote configuration to upper environment. Update current contract types, templates, data attributes, and workflows to meet end user requirements, or build new ones. Coordinate enhancement requests into 2-week sprints and deliver consistent updates to the application. 30%
Release Management:
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Icertis release updates, impacts to configuration and process, knowledge sharing, and testing in preparation for new features and functionality. 10%
User Management:
Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups. Assign roles and privileges to ensure appropriate access levels. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of application-related problems. Act as liaison between Texas Health and Icertis technical customer support teams. 20%
Security Management:
Configure and manage security settings, including creating security groups and assigning privileges based on contract types and user roles. 20%
Organization Management:
Manage the organizational structure, including units and groups, to align with business needs. 10%
Data Management:
Perform tasks such as managing master data tables, uploading legacy documents, deleting agreements, and syncing documents linked to agreements. 10%

Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Req
Experience
4 Years 4 years contract lifecycle management application administration experience. Req
Icertis CLM Functional Experience preferred
Skills
Strong customer service skills. Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role, preferably with Icertis or other contract management systems. Strong understanding of user and security management principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of contract management processes and best practices. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
