Licensing Systems Analyst

Requirements 8 or more years of experience in quality assurance oversight and complex business systems analysis. Proficiency in licensing system life cycles including application and management processes. Experience with Agile methodologies, user story development, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience in developing project charters, risk assessment plans, and technical test plans. Experience with troubleshooting application problems and implementing automated software solutions. Experience in coordinating vendor service requests and evaluating contractor deliverables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Gather and translate complex business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria. Analyze program policies to evaluate their functional impact on automated licensing systems. Perform quality assurance validation on user stories and non-functional system requirements. Develop and review comprehensive test cases and coordinate system change requests. Execute manual testing to validate that functional solutions meet regulatory compliance standards. Create training curricula and conduct sessions for internal and external system users. Manage project scope and deployment schedules while tracking risk management plans.
