Role:

As a CBRE Business Systems Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementa ti on of complex business systems solu ti ons, ensuring alignment with organiza ti onal goals and objec ti ves. You will leverage your advanced exper ti se to drive innova ti on and efficiency across mul ti ple disciplines within the organiza ti on.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement advanced business systems solu ti ons to meet organiza ti onal needs and improve efficiency Lead cross-func ti onal teams in the design, development, and deployment of business systems projects Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objec ti ves Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members, fostering the development of in-depth knowledge and exper ti se within the func ti on Solve unique problems using standard and innova ti ve solu ti ons, having a broad impact on the business Collaborate with stakeholders to iden ti fy opportuni ti es for process improvements and system enhancements Ensure the successful integra ti on of new systems with exis ti ng infrastructure, minimizing disrup ti on to business opera ti ons Monitor and evaluate the performance of business systems, making recommenda ti ons for improvements as needed Stay up to date with industry trends and best prac ti ces, incorpora ti ng new technologies and methodologies into business systems solu ti ons Communicate complex ideas and solu ti ons effec ti vely to both technical and non-technical audiences

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combina ti on of experience and educa ti on will be considered Proven experience in developing and implemen ti ng complex business systems solu ti ons Strong exper ti se in business systems analysis, design, and implementa ti on In-depth knowledge of mul ti ple job disciplines within the organiza ti on func ti on Demonstrated ability to solve unique problems using innova ti ve solu ti ons Excellent communica ti on and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-func ti onal teams Ability to stay current with industry trends and best prac ti ces, incorpora ti ng new technologies and methodologies into business systems solu ti ons Advanced organiza ti onal skills with an inquisi ti ve mindset, capable of iden ti fying opportuni ti es for improvement and driving change Proficiency in Microso ft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
