This role involves managing and optimizing various learning management systems within a professional services environment, ensuring smooth backend operations and system integrations to support enterprise learning initiatives. Position Overview for the
LMS Administrator:
Responsible for maintaining the stability, configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the LMS environment. Ensures the integrity of backend system configuration, supports scalable development, and establishes operational processes. Acts as the technical steward of the LMS, ensuring performance reliability, data accuracy, and integration stability. Supports enterprise learning and compliance objectives through system performance and data management. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and documentation. Requirements for the
LMS Administrator:
3-5 years of experience administering an enterprise LMS Strong understanding of backend configuration, system security, metadata, and automation workflows Experience supporting integrations between LMS and downstream systems Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills Familiarity with automation tools, AI applications, or digital enablement initiatives What's in it for you?
