A Configuration Analyst or Specialist provides specialized technical assistance in software configuration management, a process to track and control changes in software. May work for a company software configuration management team and assist with all aspects of software configuration management, including software product and application reviews and analysis of system requirements. May work with software users to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration problems.

This position is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating EDI transactions, supporting ERP integrations, and ensuring accurate order flow from receipt through production. Candidates with experience as an Order Entry Specialist, Customer Service Representative, EDI Specialist, SAP Specialist, ERP Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or Order Management Specialist are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately using SAP and ERP systems Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions Coordinate order processing between customers and internal departments Support EDI implementation, testing, and validation Monitor order status and resolve processing issues Maintain accurate order records and documentation Assist with ERP system updates and data management Generate reports and provide project status updates Support continuous process improvements Work closely with operations, production, customer service, and IT teams Requirements Experience with SAP, EDI, or similar ERP systems Previous order entry, customer service, or operations experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred If you have experience with
