Key Responsibilities Act as the tapeout execution and release coordination lead for HBM designs targeting internal Micron manufacturing. Own and manage tapeout schedules, DBR milestones, and release gating criteria . Drive preparation, review, and completion of tapeout collateral , including TOAST, RCDB, and TWIT , ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to release. Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure all release prerequisites and checklist items are met before DBR. Coordinate and track closure of signoff readiness items (timing, power, physical verification, integration constraints), ensuring clear ownership, status, and release signoff prior to tapeout. Ensure correctness, completeness, and traceability of final databases and signoff evidence at tapeout. Track, document, and escalate waivers, open items, and release risks as part of formal tapeout governance. Maintain strong release discipline and hygiene across HBM programs.
