• Onsite, Dallas, TX What You'll Do
  Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  Support and manage the product backlog with product leadership
  Create and drive Scrum stories through completion in collaboration with QA and development teams
  Perform data analysis and mapping; identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  Produce artifacts such as process flows, use cases, UML sequencing, and documentation
  Build and execute test scenarios; support UAT and validation of solution effectiveness
  Coordinate across cross-functional partners (e.

g., IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk) to define features and deliverables What You Bring (Required)

Strong experience in systems analysis methodologies (analysis, mapping, flowcharts, story writing, documentation, UAT)

Strong SQL/ general database skills; experience building queries

Experience analyzing and working with RESTful services/APIs Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Preferred Qualifications

Experience with systems design/modeling(e.g., UML, ERDs)

Exposure to distributed applications (e.g., Spring / Spring Batch)

Prior experience working in a fast-paced Agile
