Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. High School Diploma plus 12 years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems. Active Secret security clearance. Demonstrate experience in the following areas: Threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational Plans, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations. Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities. Experience with LINUX and MS Windows operating systems. Systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation. Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process 5000 series. System variants of the
