Job Summary This role supervises asset record governance and maintenance program management activities for Substation Electrical Equipment through all phases of the asset lifecycle. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and leverage automation to increase procedural efficiencies and optimize maintenance practices and lead modernization of inspection and maintenance workflows supporting asset data capture, reporting consistency and lifecycle decisions. Work with cross-functional teams throughout ET to establish maintenance intervals that align with related work while satisfying compliance time constraints and support alignment of maintenance programs across Electrical Equipment and System Protection assets to improve outage coordination and fleet-wide reliability performance. Evaluate existing and potential uses of work management systems and technology. Develop processes supporting condition-based and performance-based maintenance policies and work order management and implement enhancements to current workflows enabling analytics- ready asset lifecycle data integration. Use knowledge of SAP best practices and Electric Transmission workflows and processes to ensure Substation Equipment information and policies are accurately maintained in SAP EAM. Oversee Substation Inspection SAP processes, Project Review activities, and direct and support new and existing automation efforts to enhance the Asset Record Management program including support for leveraging mobile and autonomous substation inspection technologies from condition data capture and integration into maintenance workflows. Support enhancement of current maintenance and asset data reporting processes and alignment with Electric Transmission Line Asset Record Management and reporting capabilities to enable consistent fleet-wide analytics, planning visibility. Directly supervising Dominion and contract personnel responsible for: Scheduling, tracking and follow up for Electric Transmission and Substation construction and maintenance activities including coordination support for maintenance program execution and outage alignment across equipment; Determining, developing, and implementing policies, processes, and procedures necessary to support business needs including modernization of inspection workflows and maintenance program standardization across Electrical Equipment and System Protection assets; SAP work order creation and management including improvements of workflow effectiveness through integration with enterprise asset management capabilities and digital inspection tools; Maintaining inventory of asset data in SAP and supporting systems maintaining structured, analytics ready Electrical Equipment asset records; Ensuring data and documentation is current, accurate, and audit ready to support NERC compliance while improving maintenance reporting processes and aligning substation asset data reporting practices with Transmission Line; Assisting field personnel with deployed technology, such as handheld computers and software; Coordinating hardware and software training for field personnel supporting deployment of autonomous inspection tools and other digital platforms (e.g., ETAIM, MARS) as needed; Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experiences (Minimum Requirements) The knowledge, skills, abilities and education required for entry into this job include the following: 7+ years directly-related experience (with Bachelor's); 9+ (with Associate's); 11+ (with high school/GED) Proven experience leading cross-functional teams tasked with introducing automation to optimize business processes and increase efficiency Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance capabilities preferred Familiarity with SAP Corporate-level Enterprise activities and initiatives preferred Knowledge of and experience with applicable NERC policies, controls, reporting requirements, and audit activities Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills including ability translate stakeholder operational requirements into scalable Strong knowledge of substation operations including details of maintenance and inspection policies and practices preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Education Requirements Education (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor in Engineering (Major in Electrical or Mechanical), Information Systems, Electrical & Electronic Technology an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience are accepted in lieu of preferred degree in Engineering or other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
