  • 10 years of Engineering experience from Design through the Build of technical solutions with minimum of 3 years of file transfer experience Experience in testing and implementing managed file transfer solutions Proven Knowledge of Axway Secure Transport, admin and troubleshooting Administrative experience with Connect Direct file transfer system on Unix and Windows platform Knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Control Center (formerly Sterling Control Center), IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, admin and troubleshooting Experience using sftp and ftp protocols Experience using security algorithms TLS and SHA-2 Understanding of security design for enterprise software systems Professional customer-focused attitude at all times Strong analytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills Proven ability to write clear and concise technical documents, including design documents, specifications and technology roadmaps.
Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts

  • Understanding of file exchanges with Mainframe Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of this role is to support Enterprise File Transfer Delivery Service (EFeDS) including design and configuration for customer onboarding as well as product enhancements and maintenance. This opportunity will allow you to work cross-functionally with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Service Managers across multiple teams in a rapidly evolving environment from completing design documentation, to consulting with other engineers and architects, completing network and server build requests, installing and configuring software, among other things. There are also opportunities to cross-train across multiple integration services using such technologies as IBM IIB and IIB MQ. To be successful in this role, you must be an organized, self-starter with stellar leadership and communication skills, who can work independently building relationships and driving technical solutions from inception to completion. This position requires the candidate be technically savvy and have a proven ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment and maintain a strong relationship with our customers and partners.
