We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. It's a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative. Key Responsibilities Design and establishment of business architecture coupled with the ability to own and understand technical implications to program participants. A change agent, facilitating critical coordination across teams including planning, design and problem-solving. Working with product area leadership, help to create and manage the scrum team's product backlog. Creating and driving scrum stories to completion as part of a team. Collaborate effectively with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives. Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. Convey business value of technology initiatives to Scrum team members including QA and development resources. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 8+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives. Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter. Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must. Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation. Familiarity with restful services. Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred. Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
