The Role :

- This role is for an experienced professional who works closely with business partners and technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements and ensure successful delivery of digital products. The position involves collaborating with developers, product and technology leads, and agile teams to align solutions with product roadmaps in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include supporting project delivery, contributing to system design and functionality decisions, and helping drive iterative, data-informed outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a business or systems analyst role, along with 3+ years working on agile teams, preferably using Scrum methodologies. A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in a technology-related field. Experience with project delivery in software development environments, documentation processes, and tools like JIRA is expected, along with familiarity with web-based applications and APIs. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to solve complex business problems and translate them into practical technology solutions. Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus.
