WHO YOU ARE
The selected individual will work as part of a multi-contractor team providing direct support to our NSWCDD Dam Neck Activity (DNA) customer performing systems integration, test & evaluation and system engineering activities on the Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT) family of systems and the Advanced Training Domain (ATD) training system. The work location for this position is at our LM Facility in Virginia Beach, VA. The position includes, but is not limited to, customer support, integration and test, documentation, and requirements analysis. Additionally, this position will include interfacing with Navy personnel to support, configure and operate BFTT and ATD during government test and evaluation events. This position may require occasional short term business travel to customer sites for configuration and support of the BFTT and

Standard Job Description:
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Basic Qualifications Experience with systems integration, requirements analysis, and developing and executing test cases and procedures. Familiarity with military training tools such as virtual and constructive simulators. Ability to obtain AIT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security +, CYSA+) within 3 months of hire if not currently held. US Citizenship is required and candidate must have or be able to obtain a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance to qualify for this position. Desired Skills Familiarity with BFTT and ATD. Familiarity with Aegis and SSDS Combat Systems. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum methodology. Experience with Linux OS such as Red Hat.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
