Job Description

at Northeast Kingdom Human Services in Newport, Vermont, United States Job Description Data Analyst Full-Time | Hybrid (potential for remote) The Data Analyst plays an important role on the Analytics Team at Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) by supporting agency-wide data needs. Under the supervision of the Data Scientist, this position is responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on data from NKHS's electronic medical record (EMR) system and other sources. The Data Analyst works collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and supports informed decision-making across the organization. Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources
  • Prepare reports and data summaries for a variety of audiences
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to highlight key metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to monitor data quality and accuracy
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of data analysis and data management best practices
  • Assist the Data Scientist with statistical modeling projects, including data preprocessing, visualization, and validation of results
