Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an Imaging Systems Analyst to support a multi-phase PACS migration initiative within a healthcare imaging environment. This role will focus on maintaining system stability, supporting end users, and monitoring performance throughout a migration running through April 2027. The project includes a two-phase migration (Merge/Unity → GE PACS → upgraded GE environment), along with several concurrent application upgrades, requiring a hands-on analyst who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  •  Monitor migration progress and proactively identify issues impacting imaging workflows
  •  Track and triage ServiceNow tickets, prioritizing user-reported issues related to: ◦ Latency and performance ◦ Data segregation ◦ Imaging access and workflow disruptions
  •  Troubleshoot PACS-related issues independently or escalate to GE or other vendor support teams as needed
  •  Provide day-to-day support for GE PACS and cardiology PACS systems
  •  Configure and support diagnostic workstations across imaging departments
  •  Support DICOM workflows, including image routing and modality connectivity
  •  Collaborate closely with Radiology, Cardiology, and clinical staff to resolve issues in real time

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst supporting PACS/imaging systems
  •  Strong PACS administration and DICOM experience
  •  Hands-on experience with DICOM protocols and imaging workflows
  •  Prior experience working onsite in a healthcare setting, interacting directly with providers & nurses
  •  Experience troubleshooting system issues related to performance, connectivity, and user workflows
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and clinical staff Experience supporting GE PACS environments
  •  Experience with Philips imaging systems or similar platforms
  •  Exposure to or experience supporting system migrations or upgrades
  •  Familiarity with imaging modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray, etc.
)
