Systems Analyst to support the administration and maintenance of Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), partnering with stakeholders and senior team members to manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements. Full Time - Exempt Remote position (Requires Washington State Residency)
Core Responsibilities:
Workday Support Business Process configuration, including workflow updates, routing rules, and condition logic Build and maintain reports, validate data integrity, and assist with issue investigation and resolution Contribute to configuration changes, system enhancements, testing, documentation, integrations, and security administration Knowledge across these functional areas is required; cross-functional experience is preferred UKG Pro WFM Assist senior team members in supporting timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll-related functions Investigate discrepancies, validate interface data, and ensure accurate data flow between UKG, Workday, and other downstream applications Across Both Platforms Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Support system testing, release activities, and integration monitoring Identify and help resolve data, interface, and process-related issues Position Overview The Systems Analyst I is an entry-level System Analyst role that applies technical and project management skills to assist in maintaining and managing application systems and projects, is a technical specialist, and consultant during and after application software system implementation. Has a good understanding of the user's environment and helps enable the user to fully maximize administrative, ancillary, nursing, and related clinical, operational and financial systems capabilities. The Systems Analyst I supports implementation and conversion plans and procedures and assists in the development and execution of training plans for all assigned user departments. Serves as IS liaison to assigned departments or applications, owns the technical support of their systems, provides regular, concise, clear feedback and updates to customers and the IS team regarding projects, activities and needs, and partners with assigned departments to support departmental technology activities. The Systems Analyst I is accountable for project planning and coordination activities to include project meeting scheduling, issue management, communication plans, and supporting cross-functional project teams. Works with organization stakeholders and project team to balance competing requirements and constraints as related to scope, time, budget and quality for the projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:
None required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or agile project management certification preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years of clinical, business, or technology experience required. 1 year of experience supporting IS Applications and managing technical projects required. 1 year of previous work experience in an acute care hospital strongly preferred. Specific experience with hospital administrative, clinical, and financial systems is strongly preferred. Why join Overlake?
