Job Description
ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI
information, documents, products, etc. from unauthorized access by informing management immediately of any concerns. Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in employee's work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Regular and acceptable attendance is an essential function of this job. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Cross-functional collaboration and coordination Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document control systems (SolidWorks PDM preferred) Problem-solving and process improvement mindset Empathetic and team-oriented approach Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities Strong understanding of document revision control and regulatory documentation Able to interpret and apply established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintains strict confidentiality of proprietary, customer, and regulatory information Proficient in interpreting and communicating internal policies, engineering procedures, and regulatory guidelines across departments Proficient in managing intellectual property and technical data lifecycle within aerospace or regulated environments Experienced in developing and releasing technical procedures and document templates to align with QMS Demonstrates ability to manage secure data transfers using encrypted platforms (e.g., SharePoint) Ability to maintain compliance with Export Control regulations and FAA data handling requirements Comfortable coordinating across engineering, certification, and IT functions to improve document traceability and approval workflows Required Experience and Education Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical or administrative field Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred 3+ years in document control, engineering support, or certification roles Experience with PDM systems and ECN processes Familiarity with FAA regulatory requirements and quality management systems (AS9100, PMA) Willingness to complete ITAR/EAR/CUI and AS9100-related training Exposure to configuration management principles and supplier data handling preferred Familiarity with SolidWorks PDM and engineering data approval workflows Licenses, Certifications, etc. AS9100 Internal Auditor Training (in progress or completed) CM2-D Configuration Management Training (planned)ITAR/EAR/CUI
