Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 
SAP S/4HANA
Landscape Architecture:
Expertise in designing, implementing, and governing
SAP S/4HANA
landscapes, including development, quality, production, and coexistence environments, while ensuring scalability, performance, and operational stability.  RISE with
SAP Architecture & Cloud Operations:
Strong experience with RISE with SAP deployments, SAP-managed cloud services, hyperscaler environments (Azure/AWS), cloud operating models, and SAP's shared responsibility framework. 
SAP HANA
Administration & Performance Tuning:
Deep knowledge of
SAP HANA
database administration, monitoring, backup and recovery, system replication, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.  SAP Upgrades, Migrations & S/4
HANA Conversions:
Proven experience leading SAP technical upgrades, enhancement pack implementations, system refreshes, cloud migrations, and ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion programs using SAP best practices and tools.  High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) &
Business Continuity:
Expertise in designing resilient SAP architectures, including HA/DR strategies, disaster recovery planning, business continuity processes, and infrastructure failover mechanisms.  SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Identity Provisioning Services (IPS), and hybrid integrations between SAP and non-SAP platforms. 
SAP Basis Leadership, Governance & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to lead global Basis teams, establish technical governance standards, manage vendors and managed service providers, and collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, application, and business stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities  Lead end-to-end SAP Basis operations and ensure system availability, stability, performance, and security across enterprise SAP landscapes.  Own technical architecture, migration planning, system conversions, cloud adoption, and operational governance for SAP transformation programs.  Plan and execute ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions, OS/DB migrations, readiness checks, simplification analysis, remediation, and downtime optimization.  Coordinate mock conversions, dry runs, cutover activities, production migration, hypercare, system refreshes, upgrades, and support pack implementations.  Lead migration to and operation of RISE with SAP Private Cloud; coordinate with SAP ECS/RISE and hyperscaler teams for environment and service management.  Configure and administer SAP BTP accounts, entitlements, transport management, identity services, connectivity, destinations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.  Design cloud, HA/DR, and business continuity architectures; support infrastructure sizing, provisioning, cloud optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning.  Manage transport landscapes, client administration, monitoring , technical dependencies, RAID items, escalations, and technical governance.  Act as the primary technical liaison among customer teams, SAP, hyperscalers, and implementation partners; lead workshops and migration planning sessions.  Provide clear project status reporting, executive updates, technical documentation, and leadership to global delivery teams. Generic Managerial Skills, If any  Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive communication skills.  Ability to lead global delivery teams and cross-functional technical workshops in fast-paced transformation environments.  Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation management, and decision-making capabilities.  Experience with SAP Activate and SAFe Agile delivery methodologies
Salary Range :
$150,000 to $180,000
