Job Title:
Engineering Administrator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to support our engineering and project teams. In this role, you serve as a critical link between engineering, operations, and administrative functions, ensuring projects are organized, documented, and executed efficiently. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams while applying strong organizational and communication skills to keep projects on track. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineering and project management teams. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines across cross-functional teams. Track project statuses, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and data in an organized manner. Perform data entry and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for engineering and project activities. Support communication between engineering, operations, and administrative functions to ensure alignment. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. Essential Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or engineering support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Effective multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience providing administrative support within engineering or technical project environments. Familiarity with engineering administration processes and terminology. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and administrative staff. Comfort working with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs. Work Environment You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that brings together engineering, operations, and administrative teams to deliver projects efficiently. The role involves regular use of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, scheduling, and communication. You can expect a structured yet dynamic setting where multiple projects run concurrently, requiring careful coordination and organization. The position is office-based, focused on computer-based tasks, meetings, and coordination activities, with a professional dress code aligned to a typical office environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
