$75•$80/hr We have an urgent need for a Senior Technology Architect specializing in

SAP ABAP

based in Racine, WI-53403, working in a hybrid model with a mix of onsite and remote collaboration. This role is focused on driving large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, particularly ECC to S/4HANA conversion programs. In this role, you will act as a Solution Architect leading end-to-end SAP technical design and execution, with a strong focus on ABAP, BTP, and Fiori technologies. You will play a critical role in ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects, including both system conversion and greenfield implementations, ensuring minimal disruption in highly customized environments. The position requires hands-on involvement in advanced ABAP development, including Clean Core principles and RAP programming, while also identifying risks and mitigating impacts during the conversion lifecycle. You will proactively engage with clients to define solution approaches, lead technical discussions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Exposure to Basis and Security aspects within conversion projects, along with experience in automation tools, will further support successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ABAP, Fiori, and BTP, along with strong architectural experience in S/4HANA implementations and conversions. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex system landscapes, and excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of SAP technical frameworks and the ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments is essential.
