10227 Overview The Office of Information Technology at Auburn University is excited to begin the search for a TES IT Analyst! This position supports the administration of software licensing and contract management programs, including procurement, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, renewals, and financial reconciliation. Provides customer support and resolves service requests through ServiceNow while ensuring accurate documentation and effective use of Auburn University resources. Responsibilities
Maintains contractual records; monitors compliance; manages renewals, extensions, and amendments; and assists in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
Assists with software license procurement, distribution, and lifecycle management by monitoring usage, ensuring compliance, coordinating renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
Assists the Manager with software resale activities and the reconciliation of financial records to ensure accuracy and the responsible stewardship of Auburn University's financial resources.
Provides customer support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing ServiceNow tickets in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1 year of experience providing administrative, technical, customer service, financial, procurement, contract, or related support.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to effectively use computers, spreadsheets, databases, and other office technology to perform job-related duties.
