We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Analyst with 6 year of work experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for understanding basic IT process Support the IT ticketing system Provide data reporting, analysis, and tracking Provide regular reviews of Oakcraft's automated reporting Troubleshoot and analyze reporting regularly Completes administrative tasks for the IT department which may include preparing documents, copying, faxing and other administrative duties. Requirements Excel Microsoft office Data structure, database functions Knowledge, skill, and ability to maintain a professional work environment Must have excellent Customer Service skills Ability to show initiative and proactively seek out special projects Ability to show creativity and innovation in communication and special projects. Ability to work effectively with others and to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work under stringent deadlines and handle issues which develop unexpectedly. Pre employment Drug test Background Check Education A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, or related field strongly preferred. High School Diploma/GED and six years of Information Systems/Technology experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
