This requires top notch customer service skills and strong technical knowledge. You will be both troubleshooting existing systems and implementing new solutions. When our customers have a problem we want them to look forward to calling to work with you. Since we work with clients in various industries you will have the opportunity to learn about many different IT environments and implement industry leading best practices. From small business to enterprise IT you will be working on it all.

Your Skills Required Skills:

Ability to complete service requests and projects on time. Understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and maintenance. Skill in troubleshooting issues within Microsoft Office. Understanding of key network concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS. Able to produce clear and concise technical writing.

Desired Skills:

Ability to configure routers and firewalls. Can setup and implement Windows server 2019/2022. Ability to manage and implement Office 365 cloud environments. Prior experience with VoIP telephony. Education and Experience One of the following: Bachelor's Degree in Comp Sci, Comp Eng, MIS, or relevant technical field. Work experience a plus but not necessary. Associates Degree in relevant technical field with several years of work experience. High School graduate with extensive work experience and demonstrable IT skills. Not required but will improve your application: Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) Experience in a role that requires troubleshooting with customers over the phone.
