Cloud Consultant Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementations, with a strong focus on technical architecture, design, and development.
- Extensive experience developing and supporting technical objects across Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP/Finance modules.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Core HR, including both technical and techno-functional components.
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM technical tools and frameworks, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Auto Complete Rules.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports, integrations, extracts, and other custom technical solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP environments.
- Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and transitioning to Oracle Redwood UI.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP architecture, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership and accountability for project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex technical initiatives simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
