Responsibilities Coordinate software implementation activities from initial setup through deployment. Gather client requirements and configure software according to project specifications. Assist with data migration, system integration, and application testing. Provide software demonstrations, user training, and implementation guidance. Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams. Monitor implementation progress and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and implementation reports. Support post-launch activities and recommend improvements to implementation processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with software implementation, application support, or technical project coordination. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues. Familiarity with databases, software configuration, and system integrations. Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams. Preferred Skills Experience with client onboarding or enterprise software deployments. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, data migration, and troubleshooting tools. Knowledge of project management platforms and implementation methodologies.
