Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday to join our HRIS team. This is onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday Core HCM by ensuring data integrity and providing HR technology solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Workday Core HCM subject matter expert, leading design, configuration, and testing of compensation processes. Support planning, execution, and delivery of end to end solutions.
  • Ensure HR processes are thoughtfully designed, fully documented, and consistently executed across all HR systems through close collaboration with HR and HRIT.
  • Collaborate across different teams to find solutions, assist others, and create technology-driven solutions. You dig deeper to understand the desired outcome instead of simply taking requests at face value. You offer advice that strikes a balance between meeting business requirements and developing scalable, top-notch technology solutions and experiences.
  • Evaluate out of the box functionality against business requirements to identify optimal solutions to meet those needs.
  • Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our systems.
  • Rollout new technology functionality to support new initiatives and projects.
  • Intake, scope, and carryout technology enhancements and changes based on stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying and recommending improvements to processes, technology, and data quality.
  • Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing, User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements
  • Assist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes
  • Monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality.
  • Responsible for understanding, creating, and implementing end to end technology processes, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape, specifically utilizing data connections
  • Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards
  • Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for given HR system initiative.
  • Use HR and technical knowledge to influence, consult, communicate and manage projects from design to successful implementation Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience as Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects and other business tools
  • Ability to work in a high demand environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives ## Qualifications ###

Salary Range:
$122,000.00 - $168,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
