    • Minimum qualifications:
    • + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. + Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
    • Preferred qualifications:
    • + Experience configuring technical solutions to meet specific requirements.
    + Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration and platform functionality issues during partner onboarding and project execution. + Proven ability to create clear technical documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting guides to empower partners and internal teams. + Proactive approach to staying updated on technical advancements and sharing best practices within the team to optimize support processes. + Foundational programming skills to develop basic custom solutions, test integrations, and write reusable code samples. + Strong communication skills to partner with product and engineering teams, report bugs, and suggest platform improvements.

    Through technical implementations, optimizations and key solutions, gTech Ads Sellside's product/solution experts help customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical consultant and problem-solver for our sellside publisher partners. You will be instrumental in driving the seamless adoption and integration of Google's ad tech platforms. You will guide partners through technical onboarding, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and configure or develop custom technical solutions tailored to their specific business needs. Beyond direct partner support, you will act as a vital technical liaison to our product and engineering teams, providing actionable feedback and bug reports to help shape future product development. You will also advocate continuous improvement by creating technical documentation, code samples, and training materials that empower both our partners and internal teams.     • + Support partner onboarding, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and configure sell-side ad tech solutions.
    Develop and implement basic custom solutions to meet specific business needs. + Create internal and external technical documentation, training materials, code samples, and knowledge base articles to empower partners and team members. + Provide technical feedback to product teams, identify bugs, suggest improvements, and assist in technical investigations of partner-reported issues. + Contribute to the technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting of project deliverables to ensure alignment with partner requirements. + Share technical best practices, stay updated on Google's technical advancements, and help improve internal technical support tools and systems.
