Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support: incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution
  • Deliver enhancements: configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields
  • Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation
  • Manage releases: impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support
  • Support integrations & data validation with technical teams
  • Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance Required Skills
  • 5-8 years Workday functional experience
  • Strong AMS (support + enhancement) experience
  • Expertise in 2-3 modules (Core HCM, Benefits etc.)
  • Experience in BP configuration, security, reporting
  • Knowledge of incident/problem/change management Preferred
  • Exposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Workday certification
  • Experience in global deployments Key Competencies
