Job Summary:
We are seeking an
IT & A/V
Support Analyst to join our IT Support team as the primary subject matter expert for the audiovisual (AV) systems within our new Training Center. This role will report to the IT Support Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for operational support of professional AV systems, with a strong emphasis on assisting onsite personnel with the day-to-day use of AV-equipped rooms such as conference rooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, and collaboration areas. To achieve success, this role involves partnering closely with Football Operations and the Training Center Experience team to ensure reliable system performance through proactive troubleshooting, user guidance, and system optimization. While the main focus is A/V support, the Analyst will also provide essential IT support for Denver Broncos staff and systems integrated with these environments, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and superior customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities Real-Time AV Assistance:
Provide day-to-day support for Training Center personnel, including real-time assistance, setup support, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless meetings, events, and presentations.
Collaboration Platform Management:
Support Microsoft Teams as our primary conference room platform, utilizing Logitech hardware, while maintaining proficiency in Zoom to support occasional user needs.
IPTV Management:
Lead the management, oversight, and troubleshooting of the IPTV system to ensure reliable content delivery across the facility.
System Configuration:
Configure and optimize AV equipment including control systems (Crestron, Extron), audio DSPs, matrix switchers, codecs, and related components.
Break-Fix & Troubleshooting:
Analyze and resolve complex audio, video, and networked system issues with superior break-fix capabilities to minimize downtime.
Asset & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of all AV assets and inventory, ensuring equipment is tracked, organized, and readily available for deployment or replacement.
Integrated IT Support:
Provide analytical IT assistance for AV-integrated systems, including network connectivity, hardware maintenance, and support for computers and peripherals.
Technical Maintenance:
Perform routine system checks, firmware updates, and review schematic designs or technical drawings using tools like Bluebeam .
Collaboration:
Partner with internal departments to deliver creative, analytical solutions that enhance AV performance and the overall user experience.
Experience & Certifications Experience:
At least two years of professional experience in AV integration and service is required.
Certifications:
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or CTS-I certification is highly preferred.
Core Systems:
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Extron QSC control systems is strongly preferred.
Skills & Physical Requirements Communication:
Ability to guide non-technical personnel through technical processes with patience and clarity.
Football-First Availability:

Analytical Mindset:
A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a desire to deliver creative technical solutions.
Technical Literacy:
Ability to interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and cable schedules.
Software:
Solid Microsoft Office experience; advanced skills are a plus.
Preferred Technology Proficiency Experience & Education:
At least two years of experience in professional AV integration and service is required. A CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or CTS-I certification is highly preferred.
Systems Proficiency:
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Crestron and Extron control systems is strongly preferred, along with Vitec for IPTV.
Hardware Familiarity:
Proficiency with several of the following brands is preferred: Shure, Yamaha, QSC, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, EAW (Audio); Vaddio, Christie, Absen, Planar, Logitech (Video/Display); and Middle Atlantic (Infrastructure).
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read and interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and cable schedules. In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $65,000 - $71,000.
