In this role, you will work directly with customers and AI vendors to deploy AI solutions and help healthcare organizations realize the full value of emerging technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer early in their career who enjoys combining hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and project leadership. You will gain experience configuring integrations, troubleshooting complex environments, validating AI solutions, and helping healthcare organizations successfully deploy emerging technologies. What You Will Do Lead AI deployment projects from kick-off through implementation, validation, go-live, and transition to operational support Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment, managing project activities, timelines, stakeholder communication, and customer expectations Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand workflows, requirements, and adoption goals Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate AI integrations within customer imaging environments Work directly with customer technical teams and AI vendors to deploy and optimize AI solutions Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations, workflows, connectivity, performance, and application behavior Develop and maintain scripts, deployment templates, configuration tools, and technical documentation that support repeatable and scalable implementations Learn and develop expertise across medical imaging, AI applications, healthcare workflows, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and technical competence Contribute ideas that improve deployment processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency Travel as required, up to 25% Skills & Requirements Who You Are You have 1-4 years of experience in healthcare IT, systems engineering, software implementation, technical consulting, enterprise applications, or a related technical field You enjoy working directly with customers and helping solve complex technical problems You are naturally curious and excited about emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence You have a strong technical aptitude and enjoy understanding how systems integrate, communicate, and troubleshoot within complex environments You have experience reading, writing, or troubleshooting scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences You enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships across teams You are interested in healthcare technology and improving patient care through innovation Nice to Have Exposure to healthcare IT, medical imaging, PACS, RIS, or clinical workflows Experience with software implementations, customer onboarding, or technical project work Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, or healthcare integrations Experience working with cloud-based applications or SaaS platforms Additional language skills or experience working with global customers Why Sectra Help healthcare organizations successfully adopt AI technologies that improve patient care Work directly with customers implementing cutting-edge AI solutions Gain exposure to medical imaging, healthcare IT, cloud technologies, and AI applications Join a collaborative team focused on learning, mentorship, and professional growth Build a foundation for future growth in implementation leadership, healthcare IT, technical consulting, or AI solution deployment Work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development and success Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $75,000-$95,000, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off and paid parental leave Retirement plan with company match Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Equal Opportunity Employer Sectra is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees and applicants.
