Summary:
A senior systems analyst in the Data Center Infrastructure team is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in Broward Health. Also, engages in system and requirements analysis, system design, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in infrastructure and application virtualization, hyperconverged and multi-tier infrastructure, AI-assisted solutions and integration, infrastructure security, enterprise on-premises and cloud storage, backup and recovery solutions, cloud services, data center operations, server administration, and networking fundamentals. Detailed Responsibilities As a senior systems analyst, typical job duties involve monitoring and addressing troubleshooting requests, overseeing systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation and performance, and collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to resolve any issues that arise.
System analysis:
how software and hardware components work together within a larger IT ecosystem Cloud computing: demonstrated expertise in cloud architecture and platforms
Artificial Intelligence:
knowledge and adoption, AI-assisted problem solving, automation and process improvement, evaluation and implementation, analytics, security and governance.
Network architecture:
knowledge about network design and operations Security protocols: knowledge about data integrity and protection Project management
Technical Skills:

Expectations:
The successful candidate will: Maintain enterprise infrastructure with a target uptime of 99.9% or greater. Respond to critical incidents and participate in on-call rotations. Lead troubleshooting efforts during major outages. Deliver projects on time and within scope. Maintain current knowledge of emerging infrastructure technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure infrastructure environments remain secure, supported, and compliant. Balance operational support responsibilities with strategic engineering initiatives. Demonstrate strong customer service and collaboration skills. Education For this job position, you need a bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.

Experience supporting enterprise storage platforms and SAN environments. Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions. Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments. Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing. Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
