Located onsite, the role is contract-based and requires proficiency in asset management and inventory systems. Responsibilities include product receipt confirmation, inventory management, and equipment disposal, utilizing general inventory tracking and management software. Key Responsibilities Confirm receipt and update records of IT assets from vendors. Manage inventory warehousing services both onsite and offsite. Coordinate and perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Provide delivery services and manage shipping logistics for IT assets. Assist in the disposal and recycling of obsolete equipment according to compliance standards. Qualifications Experience in IT asset management and inventory systems. Proficiency in general inventory tracking software. Knowledge of IT equipment and compliance standards for disposal. Ability to adapt to changing processes and implement new directives. Strong communication skills for vendor liaison and customer advisement.
